Champagne Hampers
If you purchase a champagne hamper special conditions apply, as alcohol purchase and delivery is subject to liquor laws.You must be 18 years or older to order, purchase or receive product which contains alcohol.This means you cannot order a champagne hamper if you are younger than 18 or request delivery to a person who is younger than 18.
Pricing
All prices for flowers and champagne hampers are shown in Australian dollars and include all taxes and GST.

Orders
Cancellations or alterations of an order must be made within three days of the time for delivery.

Ownership of the flowers and champagne hampers will pass to you at the time of delivery.

Delivery policy when recipient is not home
If the recipient is not at home to accept your gift, the courier will leave the item in a secure location, if available, at the delivery address.Where a secure location cannot be identified the courier will return the item to us and we will ring you to discuss alternative arrangements.The item can be collected from us during our usual opening hours or on payment of an additional delivery fee we will arrange an alternative time for delivery of the item.
Guarantee
We guarantee the freshness, quality and value of our flowers.
If you have any concerns with your flowers please contact us within seventy two hours of delivery of the flowers to discuss the problem.
We will consider your concerns including any refund or replacement of the flowers in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
